Built as part of the Pick Sloan Plan, this site acknowledges the many people who helped construct the six mainstem dams on the Missouri River. In particular the many people who helped construct the Fort Randall Dam and the unique town of  Pickstown.

Of special interest are the many videos found throughout this site. From the most recent gatherings to seventy-five year old home movies, they are a historical record of the those days and the affect that living there had upon it's residents.
